Will all the items in my order ship together in one package?

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes!  We don’t currently have options to include a gift message or gift wrapping, but we will send your order with a packing slip with no pricing shown.

When you go to checkout, simply change the shipping address to the address of your gift recipient and we’ll send it there.  You will still be able to track your order and know when it’s delivered by viewing your ACCOUNT and looking at this order.

Will international orders have to pay VAT upon receipt of the package?

The cost of shipping does not include any customs, fees, duties, or other taxes. We are not able to determine what, if any, additional fees may be charged for delivery of an international package as it is dependent on each country’s laws and regulations.

You will be responsible for paying any additional customs, fees, duties or taxes yourself.
