PERSONALIZATION

Yes! We offer free customization on every order. We can customize font style, wording, font color, and more. *Note – due to their nature, watercolor graphics cannot be changed.* Please see our font chart and color palettes.

Begin the customization process by typing in all your information into the personalize boxes on the product page. If your text doesn’t fit, or if you’d like to add additional lines, change font color or style, write your request in the optional information box on the product page or in the comments box in your shopping cart and complete your order online.

Of course! Please let us know you’d like to add text or a photo backing for your invitation in the optional information box on the product page or in the comments box in your shopping cart.

Once you have placed your order, you can email your photo to us here and we will email you a proof of your design. We will not move your order to production until you have seen and approved your proof.
Please sign our photo release agreement.

Of course! If you like a birthday invitation design but need it for a baby shower, for example, just enter the information for your event in the personalization lines on the product page and the designer will update the design and you’ll see the change when you review your proof.

Yes, most of our holiday designs will have multiple options available to suit your preferences. Just select the greeting you prefer from the drop down menu on the product page.

PROOFS & SAMPLES

Yes, you will always receive a proof of your design!  Your order will not go into production until you have approved your proof.

No, unfortunately we cannot rush your proof. To maximize quality and fairness for all customers, we are unable to rush proofs or production on your order. However, we offer several expedited shipping options during checkout.

We will email you a link to see a digital proof of your design at the email address you entered at checkout or in your account.

We do not offer hard copy proofs, however some of our customers place an initial order for 10 cards (our lowest print run quantity) before ordering larger quantities.

We do have sample packs of non-personalized designs available for purchase so you can experience the quality of our goods. Sample packs include a printed invitation, printed note card, color chart, an envelope, and samples of all the available papers.

Security
We use industry standard 256-bit TLS encryption to make sure that your sensitive data is protected. We provide an additional layer of security because we do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Yes, if you live in South Carolina or another state that requires sales tax for online sales, it will be collected at checkout.

Yes!  Just contact us to let us know the design you want and quantity you need and we can accommodate your request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you approve your proof, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Yes, every order will have a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the mail. Your tracking number will be in your order confirmation email as well as on your account.

Don’t worry if the tracking information doesn’t display right away. There can be a delay between assigning a tracking number and when the carrier scans it in. Try checking again in 24 hours.

We don’t currently have options to include a gift message or gift wrapping for your gift order; however, your orders will ship without any pricing information.  Enter the recipient’s address at checkout to send the order to someone else.

Stamps will ship via USPS First Class mail.  Invitations and other paper goods will ship via USPS First Class mail or via FedEx depending on the quantity ordered.

PAPER & ENVELOPES

While you’re viewing an item, the paper choices available and the corresponding prices will be listed on the details page. We’re unable to print an item on a different paper type or weight than those listed on each page.

Paper descriptions:
· EGGSHELL
Thick, luxurious card stock in an soft-white hue with a matte lightly textured eggshell surface.  120 lb.

· FELT
A unique, deeply textured luxurious card stock in an soft-white hue that looks amazing with watercolor designs. 110 lb.

· COTTON
Thick, luxurious 100% cotton card stock in an soft-white hue with a unique texture that feels rich. 118 lb.

· PEARL
Elegant card stock with a luxurious subtle metallic pearl shimmer. 105 lb.

Note cards and invitations include matching white square flap 80 lb. envelopes.  Upgraded envelope choices with euro flaps and multiple color choices are available for wedding invitations.

Envelope liners can be purchased as a matching accessory to most cards and invitations, and are also available on their own. There are 2 options:

  • DIY envelope liners come packaged separately from the envelopes and require a quick assembly at home.

1.  Carefully slide the liner into the envelope using the sides of the flap to center the liner.
2.  Once lined up, fold the flap of the envelope down to crease the liner.
3.  Open the envelope flap, apply glue or double-sided tape to the back of the liner and firmly press the liner to adhere it to the envelope.

  • Assembled envelope liners come pre-inserted and glued into your envelopes with no assembly required on your part.

Yes!  Flat note cards are available with rounded corners.  Invitations are available with rounded corners or in 3 other shapes (antique, scallop, and ticket).

OTHER QUESTIONS

The Cloud 9 Paperie logo is printed on the back of all of our printed paper products, except wedding invitation suites*.

*NOTE: Wedding invitation suites are excluded and will not have any logo, excepting the thank you notes. Business cards and art prints are also excluded and will not have any logo.

If you choose to use a wedding card for something other than a wedding, we will include a logo on the back. In this case, you wouldn’t see the logo when you are creating your design, but you would see it in your digital proof.

We do not have an option to remove, change, or replace the Cloud 9 Paperie logo.

Here are two examples of what the logo will look like for different card options. The logo will appear at the bottom of the back of your card.

The dimensions of each product will be listed on the product page.
Invitations are 5″ x 7″ (A7).
Note cards are 4.25″ x 5.5″ (A2).
RSVP and info cards are 3.5″ x 5″ (A1).

You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, as long as your order hasn’t yet reached production/printing.

To cancel your order:
·  Visit your orders page
·  Click the CANCEL button beside your order to stop your order from going to production and process a full refund*

We’ll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 – 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

*NOTE: If you don’t see the cancellation button, your order has already reached production/printing and can no longer be cancelled.

The last thing that we want is a disappointed customer; we strive to ensure to that every customer truly loves their order.  Please contact us and we’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
